Best restaurant in Hanover! Extremely personable boss and really delicious food. I can only recommend. There should be more such restaurants in Germany and around the world! Buffet is definitely always awesome and lately I've tried the dishes on the menu more and more - they really convinced me. The large portions also convince me: D Conclusion: Delicious food, cruelty-free restaurant, personable staff and a really fair price for the quality of the food.

Absolute cheek. We found several hairs in the food. In addition, ready-made spice mixtures are used and the products are soft and inedible due to the large amount of fat. The burger bread was burnt too. Personally, I cannot understand the positive reviews at all. This restaurant is not recommended under any circumstances.

Great restaurant, cozy atmosphere, delicious dishes & friendly, attentive service. Here you can stay well and gladly. We spent a very nice family evening there yesterday & would love to stay there again soon. I hope the restaurant will survive the pandemic time economically!

First of all the positive, the food was good. But that's about it. Table reserved by phone for the buffet. Arrived, no reservation available, there is no buffet today. 20 minutes waiting time until the beverage order was taken. Complete waiting time from taking a seat until the food was at the table, 75 minutes!

Nice ambience! Delicious. The owner and the team are really nice. The buffet is a dream and the prices are fair. It is also worth mentioning that Hiller is committed to animal welfare projects. October 2nd, 2020 Back today. Unfortunately, the staff had no ambition and often walked past us, even though plates and glasses were empty. The cook was already at the end of the day an hour before the end of the day and accordingly there was only one incomplete dessert. The food was nice to look at, but unfortunately a bit over-spiced for my taste.

I ate here for the first time this afternoon and found it very tasty. The price for the dish is fair, but next time I'll be careful with the drinks ?, € 4.80 for a little water was a bit too much for me ?. I will come back anyway.

Unfortunately that was nothing, despite turning a blind eye. We waited a long time for our food, then unfortunately the wrong dish came. I don't really see it that badly if the rest is okay. The food was free of spices and the alleged cashew crust had nothing of a crust, it was a sauce. Unfortunately, the service did not give us the opportunity to order another drink for a disproportionately long time. At some point the time had come, but nothing came of it. Vegan food is so delicious and versatile. It's a shame that the Hiller is very far from it. Once and never again.

I can absolutely recommend the 6 course menu. Rare delicious! I don't remember eating better vegan food anywhere else! Very creative. Everything exactly in balance. And very tasty and surprising. Also for a reasonable price!

find the inn suitable for all occasions, whether with a partner, acquaintances or family, I usually didn't want to share the dessert with my husband at all. We have all learned something from it and will order one dessert per person the next time. This restaurant truly has the potential to become my next favorite place. In this place you can get as well as: personable and quick waiters.

A disappointment from start to finish. I have rarely seen such cheek. In a vegetarian restaurant you should think that quality and healthy nutrition are important. Instead, I was served something that would have tasted better at any takeaway. The seitan was burnt BLACK and not edible. The fried potatoes were spiced with some ready-made seasoning mixture that couldn't be tasted otherwise. Reminiscent of the glutamate salt from the currywurst stall. The "raw vegetables" salad of my companion was also rolled in this salt and was not edible. Incredibly disappointing experience. I will never come back and I won't recommend it to anyone. This restaurant has unfortunately gone down the drain.

Very delicious food, even my omni companions enjoyed it. The service staff were nice and courteous. The wait was a bit long but the restaurant was also well attended. We will definitely come back.

The waitresses are extremely nice every time and extremely binding. This makes me completely happy with each visit, and I usually didn't want to share the dessert with my husband at all. We have learned from this for the future and will each order a dessert the next time we visit. The restaurant has de facto potential to be my next regular restaurant. ).

What a great place. We were passing by Hanover on Christmas Day without much hope of a vegan meal and who would’ve thought we would find such a hidden gem. Delicious food, hearty flavours and such an impressive range of buffet items. Definitely recommend this place.

Hello, Can i please get an additional star to give to this place?! Where to start. The food: 12/10, location: 10/10, staff: 22/10, price: 15/10, ambience: 10/10. Liked absolutely everything about this place. We ordered a la carte (not a fan of buffes) and what we had was simply to die for. Everything was homemade, made from scatch, with seasonal whole foods only. Simply outstanding. One of my favourite places ever. Thank YOU.

The interior is simple with a cozy atmosphere. The vegetarian buffè that costs 10€ was delicious. Very helpful fast and friendly service. I would recommend anyone who likes vegetarian food to come here. I will defenetly come back again. At lunch I did not book but I saw that there were reservations made so it might be a good idea to book ahead. Enjoy!

Really tasty food, friendly atmosphere.

Fully vegan. Curry was a bit tame. Something with mushrooms and truffles was delicious. Wait staff was a bit understaffed and thus slow. All in all a good vegan experience but would probably recommend the buffet.

The food in this restaurant was nothing to complain about. It was warm and tasty okay. Unfortunately, almost all the salad plates were not completely clean. Price was the buffet with 17 euros for the existing selection too expensive. The drink prices were slightly over-calculated. Depending on which service came to table, you were served with friendliness, insecurity or bad mood. The sanitary facilities were very dirty and dated, empty toilet paper rolls were too much in the men's room, full one found however in vain. A recommendation for this restaurant I would only give with discomfort.

Really nice restaurant, the staff were very friendly and the food taste really nice. It did take a while when ordering off the menu, so if you're in a hurry definitely take the buffet.

We were lucky to get a table for dinner without reservation on Christmas, they had a buffet all-you-can-eat. It was amazing, everything was delicious and the price was fair. We had a great time! As a side note, it might not be very kid friendly. We had our one year old with us, it was OK, but some people were looking weird at us from the other tables.

Had a great experience and delicious food. Not easy to find good vegan food in Hannover, this is the place you want to check out!

Everything is delicious!

The meal was delicious, and the staff was very helpful in choosing our dish. Also dessert was adjusted to our wish. We were satisfied with everything. The atmosphere was quite romantic and peaceful. If we have a chance, we'll definely visit there again.

Awesome place, the company was the first vegetarian restaurants in germany and since 2012 it is all vegan! Delicious food!

The dishes on the fixed menu weren't too much varied and there could have been a bit more effort rather than chucking a premade soya steak. Good atmosphere and decent service

Friendly staff, exzellent food, main dishes around 10 Euro, menu with soup+main+dessert between 15 and 19 Euro. Will eat there again.
